Real Estate Administration Director Holds Meeting with Ukrainian Ambassador
Marko Bulatović, MSc, the Director of the Real Estate Administration, held a meeting with the Ambassador of Ukraine to Montenegro, Oleh Herasymenko, to explore ways to enhance cooperation in the near future.
“Engagement with the director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović MSc., serves as an exemplary model for institutional collaboration in Montenegro. Mr. Bulatović has embarked on a strategic journey to fortify the agency he oversees, and I hope that in the upcoming period, we will see more professionals of his caliber leading the key institutions in Montenegro,” remarked Ambassador of Ukraine Oleh Herasymenko.
The director of the Real Estate Administration expressed gratitude to the Ambassador of Ukraine for his support, emphasizing that Montenegro, along with the Real Estate Administration, stands as a friend to Ukraine, committed to its Euro-Atlantic aspirations.
During their discussion, they covered the ongoing initiatives within the Real Estate Administration related to work digitalization, the e-counter system, and significant forthcoming amendments to the Law on State Survey and Real Estate Cadastre. Ambassador Oleh Herasymenko mentioned that he had reviewed the director’s interview in the daily newspaper “Pobjeda,” focused on the digitization efforts in cadastral offices, and that he valued the progress made in public administration reform and the enhancement of digital services.
Appreciating the hospitality extended to him, the Ambassador of Ukraine invited the director of the Real Estate Administration to visit the Embassy of Ukraine to further advance and strengthen their collaborative efforts in the future.
