The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, expressed his regret tonight regarding the unfortunate incident involving Luka Stojaković, a student at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) at the University of Belgrade, during his time in Montenegro.

He stated that he would assign Interior Minister Danilo Šaranović to review the police’s actions in this particular situation, particularly in terms of testing for psychoactive substances.

“I regret that Mr. Stojaković encountered an unpleasant experience in Montenegro. We will direct the Minister of Internal Affairs to assess the police’s actions in this specific case again, especially concerning the testing for psychoactive substances. Visitors from Serbia and other nations must feel welcome in Montenegro without exception,” Spajić mentioned on the social network X.

Stojaković revealed yesterday that he had been arrested in Montenegro, spent 24 hours in solitary confinement, and that police officials informed him that his arrest had been ordered from higher authorities.

According to various media outlets, Stojaković was arrested on February 19th in Montenegro.
