Criminal Charges Filed Against Suspect for Exploiting Position in Business Operations

The police in Podgorica have submitted a criminal report against a local resident, SJ (34), who is suspected of misusing their business position, according to the Police Directorate (UP).
It is alleged that SJ committed this crime by misappropriating funds from sales on two separate occasions in July 2024, while working as a delivery driver for a company, resulting in a total financial loss of 3,660 euros for that entity.
The UP noted that police officers will persist in their efforts to detect, prevent, and prosecute those involved in economic crimes.
