The EPCG Women’s Volleyball Super League is advancing quickly, with the 15th round of matches set to take place on Wednesday along the coast and in Bijelo Polje.

The round kicks off with a match between Luka Bar and Gimnazijalac, which will take place on Wednesday at 16:00 at SC “Topolica” in Bar. The home team is in excellent form and is aiming for their sixth straight win in front of their supporters. So far this season, their sole defeat came against Herceg Novi, but they have managed to maintain an impressive record without dropping a set. Meanwhile, the Kotor team, following a rough start to 2025, secured their first victory in the second half of the season in Bijelo Polje and currently sits in fifth place with five wins and nine losses.

Two hours later, Budva will host Galeb at the Mediterranean Sports Center. Despite a strong beginning to the championship, Budva has only managed one victory recently, largely due to injuries within the squad. They currently lie fifth in the standings with six wins and eight losses. In contrast, Galeb achieved their first win of the season in the previous round and will be looking to earn crucial points in Budva as they strive to avoid relegation.

Beginning at 19:00, Jedinstvo will take on Budućnost Volley at SC “Nikoljac” in Bijelo Polje. Mladen Miladinović’s squad is positioned at the bottom of the table with four wins and 10 losses, a record shared with Akademija and Morača. Budućnost enters this match as the favorite, having not lost in the second half of the season and being the first team to defeat the reigning champions, Herceg Novi.

The remaining two fixtures of the 15th round will be played on Thursday at SC “Igalo” in Herceg Novi. The Albatros and Morača volleyball teams will start the evening at 18:00. The team from Novi is looking to bounce back at home after a tough five-set loss to Galeb in the previous round. Morača also suffered defeat last time out and is hoping to secure their fifth win of the season in Igalo.

The final match of the round is set for 20:10, featuring a clash between Herceg Novi and Akademija. As the current champions and league leaders, Herceg Novi is expected to win, especially considering Akademija’s position at the bottom of the standings with four victories and numerous losses.
