The Public Company for Coastal Zone Management has announced a public call for leasing 96 bathing areas within the Budva municipality, ranging from Jaz to Buljarica.

This marks the initial round of tenders that this state-owned company will unveil in the upcoming days, which will also encompass the other five coastal municipalities.

According to the public invitation, the opening of bids for each specific location will take place on March 3rd.

This public company clarified ahead of the weekend that all prospective bidders must acquire the tender documentation to participate.

The cost of the tender documentation is set at 100 euros.

Bidders may be domestic or foreign individuals, companies, legal entities, or entrepreneurs acting individually or collectively as a group of bidders in a joint proposal. They must fulfill the requirements outlined in the public invitation.
