Criminal charges against three people from Ulcinj for illegal construction

Three Individuals from Ulcinj Face Criminal Charges for Unauthorized Construction

The police in Ulcinj have lodged criminal complaints against ED (71), SG (67), and S.Đ. (65) with the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in that city. They are suspected of committing a criminal offense for constructing a building without obtaining the necessary permits and documentation.

It is alleged that this unlawful construction has caused the state a financial loss amounting to 20,500 euros.

“The construction work carried out on the facility, without the required documentation and in violation of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Facilities, resulted in damages to the state budget of 9,900 euros by ED, 6,600 euros by SG, and 4,000 euros by S.Đ.,” announced the Police Directorate.
