The police in Danilovgrad have filed a criminal complaint against six individuals – RJ, M.Ž, ET, A.Lj, MT, and SL – on suspicion of having abused a person at the Administration for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions (UIKS).

According to the police, the investigation was carried out in collaboration with UIKS officials and the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica.

“The six convicted individuals currently held at the Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions – RJ, M.Ž, ET, A.Lj, MT, and SL – are accused of committing this crime to the detriment of one individual by inflicting physical violence upon him while they were on the Directorate’s premises,” announced the Police Directorate.

Additionally, Danilovgrad police have prosecuted one person for illegal trafficking.

“Following operational intelligence, police officers checked two individuals in Spuž who were without identification documents. In their trunk, 45 bottles of alcoholic beverages valued at around 500 euros were discovered. The prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has been informed about the situation, and upon their orders, a criminal report was filed against one of these individuals – MD, who is believed to have committed the offense of illicit trade,” the statement indicates.
