This evening at the “Belgrade Arena,” in the 17th round of the AdmiralBet ABA League, the Partizan basketball team triumphed over Spartak Subotica with a score of 103:80 (19:24, 31:23, 22:23, 31:10).

The standout player for Partizan was Sterling Brown, who finished with 25 points and five rebounds, while Tyreke Jones contributed 16 points and Karlik Jones added 14 points along with five assists.

Spartak Subotica’s offense was led by Rasir Bolton with 20 points, Danilo Nikolić who scored 13 points along with six steals, and both Dušan Miletić (six rebounds) and Kaza Kadžami-Kin who each contributed 12 points.

Partizan took an early five-point advantage at the start of the third quarter (52:47), but Spartak quickly responded with a 12:0 scoring run.

For the next few minutes, Spartak maintained control of the score and extended their lead to nine points (66:57). With three minutes left in the third quarter, the visitors led 68:62, but from that moment, Partizan answered back with an 8:0 run to end the quarter with a slight edge at 70:68.

The third quarter concluded with Partizan holding a 72:70 lead. The home team started the final period with an explosive 14:1 run that solidified their victory.

On the anniversary of the passing of the iconic Partizan player Dejan Milojević (who passed away on January 17, 2024), the “black and white” team donned jerseys featuring the name of their former captain, and the center circle of the “Belgrade Arena” was adorned with his jersey number 13.
