The court proceedings against Nikola Mališić (33), a resident of Berane, concerning the offense of “unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotic drugs,” were not conducted today at the Higher Court in Bijelo Polje.
The session was adjourned due to the absence of Judge Ivan Adamović, who is currently on sick leave, and a new hearing has been set for March 10 at 10:30 AM.
As per the indictment, on December 7, 2023, around 9:30 PM, in Berane, Mališić unlawfully sold an undisclosed quantity of cocaine for the sum of 7.12.2023 euros to Ilija Pantović from Berane.
“The narcotics, wrapped in four handmade packages, were consumed by Ilija Pantović, Nikola Kljajić, and Aleksandar Martić, while an additional quantity of 0.663 grams, contained in two handmade wrappers, was recovered by police from Martić during a routine check in a catering establishment located in the Donja Ržanica area of Berane,” the indictment outlines.
