Spajić: Montenegro’s Stance on Kosovo’s Membership in April

Prime Minister Milojko Spajic of Montenegro addressed the recent vote by Maja Vukićević of the Democratic People’s Party against Kosovo’s membership and stated that the official stance of Montenegro will be clarified in April.
– I believe it was a secret ballot, and it wasn’t a formal vote; rather, there was a discussion on the matter. The actual voting will take place in April during a plenary session, where we will ascertain Montenegro’s official position – Spajić remarked in response to journalists’ questions.
Vukićević’s voting decision has sparked considerable reactions across Montenegro.
