The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has ordered the detention of MV for up to 72 hours based on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of endangering security.
According to the statement, on February 3rd at approximately 10:30 PM in the village of Buronje, he arrived at the home of the RDi RA family, where he began shouting, making threats, and using abusive language…
He reportedly yelled: “I will destroy you; you’ll be gone; you will owe me; I will kill you; you will have no peace!” instilling fear for their lives, as noted in the statement.
The prosecution has indicated that MV has a history of multiple convictions.
