Montenegro and Albania Strengthen Cooperation and Embrace Shared Euro-Atlantic Values

The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Minister of Economic Development, Nik Gjeloshaj, along with Minister of Public Administration Marash Dukaj, held a meeting with H.E. Bajram Begaj, the President of the Republic of Albania.

During this meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Gjeloshaj conveyed his pleasure regarding President Begaj’s visit, highlighting that Montenegro and Albania, as neighboring and amicable nations, engage in close cooperation and share mutual values and a dedication to Euro-Atlantic integration.

The discussions emphasized the enhancement of collaboration across various sectors, particularly focusing on economic ties and the European integration agenda. Significant attention was given to boosting trade and improving infrastructure connectivity, which are critical for economic advancement.

At the end of the meeting, both parties reaffirmed the strong bilateral relationship between their countries and expressed a commitment to further cooperation in areas of shared interest. This dialogue underscored their mutual dedication to strengthening political and economic relations while maintaining high-level discussions.
