Last season, Primorac ended the long-standing reign of Jadran Mtel in the Montenegrin championship, securing their third championship title, and just six months later claimed the Cup for the third time…

The Kotor team triumphed over their fierce rivals from Herceg Novi with a score of 14:11 in an exciting Bocce final held in Nikšić, where Dušan Matković was outstanding, scoring six goals with only one miss.

The Kotor players are celebrating a new Cup victory, with Jadran maintaining a total of 14 trophies, while Budva holds two.

Novlja started strong in the finals, taking the lead 5:2 after a goal from Matija Sladović in the first quarter.

Under the guidance of Vladimir Gojković, they held a 6:3 advantage in the second eight minutes, but the Kotor team began to stage a comeback…

By the end of that period, Primorac had closed the gap significantly, and following a spectacular goal from Draško Brguljan, the scoreboard showed 8:7 in favor of Jadran.

Vjekoslav Pasković’s team continued to push forward, taking their first lead at the beginning of the third quarter (9:8), and after brilliant play from Dušan Matković, who scored his fourth goal from four attempts, they edged ahead 10:9 before the final quarter.

The decisive quarter opened with a fierce battle—Dimitrije Obradović quickly equalized, but Matković responded with another goal, putting Primorac back in the lead and signaling the celebration in Kotor…

In the closing moments, Brguljan and Matković propelled Primorac to a 13:10 lead with new goals, effectively sealing the victory in the grand final.

Kotor has been craving significant water polo events for quite some time, and this year Primorac is set to host a festival for the second time in the “ancient city.”
