Next Summer, Kotor-Dubrovnik Ferry Service Launches

The city of Kotor in Montenegro and the popular Croatian tourist destination Dubrovnik will soon be linked by a maritime route, thanks to the establishment of a new shipping line operated by the Croatian company Compass, as announced by the company.

This service will operate from June 2 to September 30 of next year, with one-way ticket prices ranging from 40 to 50 euros, while the return ticket is expected to cost around 59 euros, according to the latest news.

The ship Antonio, which has a capacity of 242 seats, will take approximately three hours to travel this route. It will depart from Dubrovnik to Kotor on Monday and Wednesday mornings, returning earlier in the day.

This new line is different from the existing seasonal service between Dubrovnik and Budva, which offers two daily departures in both directions. This route was also initiated by Compass on June 29 of this year and will operate until the end of September.

The company has stated that ticket prices for the Budva-Dubrovnik route will remain unchanged, costing 55 euros for a one-way trip and 69 euros for a return. Maritime operations between these cities will commence on June 5, with plans for four sailings scheduled until the end of September.

The journey on this route will take about two hours, allowing passengers approximately seven hours to explore these cities.
