“Waves Engulf Umbrellas and Deck Chairs on Velika Plaza in Ulcinj”

Today, strong south winds and currents led to large waves that submerged portions of Velika Plaza’s beaches in Ulcinj.

The first and second rows of deck chairs and umbrellas were mostly underwater, prompting the display of a red flag on the beaches, signaling a strict no-swimming policy due to dangerous currents and ensuring the safety of swimmers.

According to the forecast from the Institute for Hydrometeorology and Seismology, a gradual increase in cloudiness is anticipated in the afternoon. By the end of the day and into the night, much of the country, particularly in the southern and central regions, will likely see rain, showers, and thunderstorms.
