“As the EU marks 40 years of its emblem, Montenegro stands as both a partner and a future member, holding fast to the same ideals that the flag represents: peace, democracy, economic prosperity, human rights, the rule of law, and regional cooperation. For us, it is not merely a reflection of the EU but a guiding compass indicating our desired path,” remarked Milatović.
