Tivat Man Suspected of Car Theft and Robbery at Car Wash Remanded to Spuž

The investigative judge of the Kotor Basic Court, Špiro Pavićević, has issued a 30-day detention order for a 35-year-old man from Tivat, suspected of theft involving a vehicle and money from a local car wash.
According to Judge Veljko Bulatović, the spokesperson for the Basic Court, the individual is facing charges of aggravated theft and auto theft.
During the hearing, Judge Pavićević listened to the defendant in the presence of his legal counsel, accepted the prosecution’s recommendations, and subsequently ordered his detention. The suspect has been transferred to the Spuž Remand Prison.
Law enforcement apprehended the man after discovering his involvement in the theft of a car wash deposit, along with the car theft itself.
He is historically a repeat offender, having recently been released from Supca prison.
