Crnogorski Telekom plans to allocate 5.8 million euros gross, or approximately ten cents per share, as dividends to shareholders from last year’s profit of 5.48 million euros.

The remaining 342 thousand euros will be added to retained earnings, bringing Telekom’s total retained earnings from previous years to 15.7 million euros.

The Telekom shareholders’ assembly has also approved a decision to continue repurchasing shares from minor shareholders, committing three million euros for this purpose over the next ten months.

Hrvatski Telekom holds 78 percent of Crnogorski Telekom’s shares, while the remaining 22 percent is in the hands of small shareholders.

The Jugopetrol Assembly has resolved to allocate last year’s net profit of 7.1 million euros to retained earnings, and will distribute six million euros gross from these retained earnings to shareholders this year, translating to about 1.1 euros in net amount per share.

Following this distribution, Jugopetrol’s cumulative retained earnings will reach approximately 25 million euros.

Hellenic controls about 55 percent of Jugopetrol’s shares, with 45 percent owned by small shareholders.
