The Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro (ALCG) has announced the inclusion of two new members to its Board of Directors: Lesia Vykhodtseva, the President of the Board of Directors of Zapad Banka, and Marija Majer, the Executive Director for Operations at Elko Team.

According to the Association, their extensive expertise, international experience, and modern leadership styles will greatly enhance the Association’s efforts to empower women across various sectors.

“To initiate new programs and ensure sustainability, the Association has made its initial donations since its founding. The International Women’s Club of Montenegro (IWCM) provided the first financial contribution, while Logate facilitated the creation of the Association’s official website,” the statement disclosed.

Marijana Kadić-Bojanić, President of ALCG, emphasized their mission not only to connect and empower women but also to foster an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive personally and professionally.

“We appreciate our partners who recognize the significance of this endeavor,” Kadić-Bojanić remarked.

Since its inception, with support from the Association of Managers of Montenegro, the ALCG Board of Directors has united over 30 leaders from various sectors, including business, institutional, non-governmental, and creative, to build a network founded on solidarity and mutual support.

In recent months, ALCG has organized a series of educational events and workshops aimed at empowering women and those seeking personal and professional advancement. Through mentoring programs, specialized training, and networking opportunities, the Association actively promotes the development of inclusive and ethically responsible leadership in Montenegro.

New initiatives, such as thematic workshops, lectures, and networking events, are scheduled to commence in September.
