The Montenegro water polo team, featuring players from local clubs and candidates for the U20 selection, secured a victory against the Netherlands with a score of 15:11 (3:3, 5:4, 5:0, 2:4) in their second preparatory match held at Škver in Herceg Novi.

Yesterday, the “Sharks” triumphed over China with a score of 13:9.

These matches are part of the preparation for the World Championship scheduled for July 16 to 29 in Fukuoka, Japan.

Montenegro could have won by a larger margin against the Dutch, having led 14:7 before the visitors narrowed the gap with a 4:0 run in the final quarter.

Marko Mršić was the standout performer for our team, netting four goals, while Vuk Drašković contributed three. Đorđe Stanojević, Danilo Radović, and Jovan Vujović each added two goals.

Additionally, Đuro Radović and Vasilije Radović each found the net once.
