The Border Police apprehended a BMW X1, which is under the watch of Belgian Interpol, at the Sukobin – Murićani border crossing, as announced by the Police Directorate today.

According to their statement, officers from the Border Police Station I Ulcinj conducted a check on the vehicle driven by LB from Kosovo last night at the joint border crossing Sukobin – Murićani.

“During the entry to Montenegro, border checks were performed on LB and the BMW X1 he was driving. It was found that this vehicle is wanted by the NCB Interpol Belgium. In collaboration with the Ulcinj Security Department and following communication with the NCB Interpol Podgorica, it was confirmed that the search is active, and the prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Ulcinj has been informed, leading to the vehicle’s seizure based on their directive,” the UP statement states.
