A loss in Vilnius, followed by positive news from Ulm, concludes the Eurocup group stage.
The Buducnost Voli basketball team will face Turk Telekom in the playoffs, with a single match scheduled to take place in Ankara.
This matchup is set for March 4th or 5th, and the victor of the quarter-final will compete against Hapoel Tel Aviv, likely in Bulgaria.
The Turkish club experienced a defeat against Hapoel Jerusalem tonight (76:66), but Cedevita-Olimpija failed to capitalize on this result, allowing Turk to maintain third place in Group A and prepare for their duel with the “blue and whites.”
The Slovenian team, under the guidance of Zvezdan Mitrović, could have altered the standings with a potential away victory against Hamburg. However, the “dragons” struggled in northern Germany, losing 80:62.
It has also been confirmed that Bahçeşehir, Dejan Radonjić, Marko Simonović, and Hapoel Tel Aviv will proceed directly to the quarterfinals from Group A, with Valencia and Hapoel Jerusalem moving on from Group B.
The other teams ranked 3rd to 6th will have one additional match to play.
