Beganović Penalizes Four Serbian Citizens for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs or Psychoactive Substances

The President of the Bijelo Polje Minor Offences Court, Alija Beganović, has imposed fines on four Serbian citizens for operating vehicles while under the influence of narcotic drugs or psychoactive substances.

According to the Bijelo Polje Court for Minor Offences, Judge Beganović, serving in the Pljevlja court department, fined three Serbian citizens 1,200 euros each and one citizen 900 euros.

Additionally, four Montenegrin citizens received fines of 450 euros each for driving with a blood alcohol concentration between one and two permille.
