Officers from the Crime Prevention Sector – Department for Combating Corruption, Economic Crime and Financial Investigations, in collaboration with the Urban Construction Inspection of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property, have submitted a criminal complaint against OM (25) to the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica. This complaint is based on suspicions of committing the criminal offense of removing and violating an official seal and emblem, as announced by the Police Directorate (PD) today.

The allegations suggest that OM violated the law by unlawfully removing the seal or tape that indicated a prohibition on work at the construction site, placed by the urban construction inspection at the beginning of June this year. Following this, he allegedly proceeded with unauthorized construction activities.
