Arrested for Driving with a Blood Alcohol Level of 3.3‰, Sentenced to 40 Days in Jail
The police in Danilovgrad apprehended a driver with a blood alcohol concentration of 3.37 per mille, as reported by the Police Directorate.
A police update on X Network indicated that the individual, identified as DI, has been sentenced to 40 days in jail.
The authorities stated, “The driver A.Đ. was arrested after being found with 1.08 grams of alcohol per kilogram in his system.”
Additionally, the misdemeanor judge imposed a fine of one thousand euros on A.Đ.
It has been reported that a mobile police unit on the highway detained SM from Podgorica for driving at a speed of 202 kilometers per hour.
