The Homeland Association “Vranešana” initiated a widespread campaign to enhance the local area of Pavino Polje, garnering enthusiastic support from residents.
Efforts included the removal of unnecessary and aged trees, street cleaning, and the refurbishment of the local cemetery.
Marinko Bubanja expressed satisfaction with the initiative, stating that their aim was to organize their living space and inspire others to undertake similar projects.
The campaign featured the removal of old trees, street and gutter cleaning, and the beautification of the local cemetery. Thanks to effective organization and teamwork, the area was transformed, much to the delight of all residents.
Darko Leković noted that recently, a significant influx of foreign tourists has been passing through the region, contributing to the tourism development in the north.
“It’s probably the welcoming and well-kept environment that encourages many to pause in our local center, where everyone is welcome, regardless of skin color, nationality, or any other differences,” stated Leković.
