Police have apprehended an individual identified as IS (34), who is suspected of involvement in multiple thefts in Budva, according to the Police Directorate.

Reports suggest that IS was detained on accusations of committing a series of thefts in the Budva area between May 25 and May 30, affecting several victims.

“The prosecutor familiar with the case has classified the crime as theft over a prolonged period, and based on their orders, IS was taken into custody,” the statement indicated.

The police further stated that the suspect will be formally charged and brought before the courts within the required legal timeframe.
