Barça Secures Jewel Jamal at Camp Nou Until 2031.

Barcelona’s Lamin Jamal, just 17 years old, has signed a contract extension with FC Barcelona that will keep him at the club until 2031, as announced by the Catalan club.
“FC Barcelona and Lamine Jamal have come to an agreement to extend his contract, binding him to the club until June 30, 2031,” read Barcelona’s official statement, highlighting its status as the defending champions of Spain.
Jamal has quickly risen as one of the most promising young talents in European football and is seen as a vital part of Barcelona’s future.
He made his debut for the team on April 29, 2023, during a La Liga match against Betis, contributing to a 4–0 win. At that time, he was merely 15 years and 290 days old, making him the youngest player to debut in Barcelona’s Spanish league history.
In his career with the club, he has played 106 matches, netting 25 goals, and has represented the Spanish national team 19 times, scoring four goals as well.
Jamal debuted for Spain’s senior national team in September 2023, becoming the youngest scorer in the team’s history at just 16 years and 57 days.
