Tatjana Brnović was named the best pivot at EHF Euro 2024 and secured a spot in the championship’s ideal team!

Montenegro finished in 8th place at the tournament, and Brnović showcased her world-class talent once again!

The ideal team was selected through fan voting on the “Home of Handball” app, with 10,000 participants contributing to the decision.

This selection was validated by an expert panel that included EHF Champions League winners Andrea Lekić and Ana Gros, coach Per Johanson, and two representatives from the EHF.

The Handball Association extended their congratulations to this remarkable member of the national team.

“Congratulations, Tatjana! A true pride of the country!”

The ideal team features goalkeeper Ana Kristensen (Denmark), left wing Ema Fris (Denmark), left back Tjaša Stanko (Slovenia), center back Heni Rejstad (Norway), right back Katrin Klujber (Hungary), and right wing Viktorija Lukač (Hungary).

Pauleta Fopa from France earned the title of best defensive player, while Petra Simon from Hungary was recognized as the best young handball player.

The MVP award will be announced following the finals, where Denmark and Norway will compete today at 18:00.
