A prosperous shared future must be established on the foundations of a robust economy, collaboration at all levels, and enhanced infrastructural connectivity, stated Andrija Mandić, President of the Assembly, during a meeting with Serbian Prime Minister, Miloš Vučević.

Mandić emphasized the significance of this fraternal gathering in strengthening ties between the neighboring nations of Serbia and Montenegro, as reported by Mine.

He expressed his satisfaction with the timing of today’s discussions, coinciding with Christmas and the anniversary of the historic Mojkovac battle. The leaders engaged in talks regarding several municipalities in Mojkovac, focusing particularly on a memorial center dedicated to the Mojkovac battle, along with a replica complex of the medieval city of Brskova.

During the discussions, Mandić and Vučević also addressed major infrastructure initiatives, including the Belgrade-Bar project and the reconstruction of the Belgrade-Bar railway in Montenegro, as well as the upcoming valorization of the port.

The participants agreed that the construction of the section connecting Andrijevica and Long Poljans should be presented as a collaborative project between Montenegro and Serbia at the international bidding.

The meeting also included the President of the Municipality of Mojkovac, Vesko Delic.
