Suspect in Aggravated Theft Held in Custody

The State Prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office (ODT) in Nikšić has issued a detention order and submitted a proposal to detain KV, who is suspected of committing the ongoing crime of aggravated theft.
According to the Nikšić ODT, the decision for detention was made following the interrogation of the suspect.
“There is substantial evidence suggesting that KV has, multiple times this year, unlawfully taken items from the warehouses of catering establishments ‘G’ and ‘B’ located in Nikšić,” the statement indicates.
