The hearing to review the indictment against the defendants in the murder case of Petar Lipovina and Žarko Pejaković is set for June 13 at the Higher Court in Podgorica. Judge Zoran Radović will preside over the extra-judicial panel, as confirmed by Ivana Vukmirović, an independent public relations advisor at the court, to “Vijesti”.

On November 6, 2024, at around 15:20:30, masked assailants fired over 30 bullets from automatic weapons at the vehicle carrying Lipovina and Pejaković.

The prosecution suspects Vuk Lalatović (25) from Nikšić and Artur Cimerman (28) from Belgrade as the shooters, and the police are actively searching for them. Additionally, they are also looking for Lazar Lazić (31) from Belgrade, alongside Lalatović and Cimerman, who was previously known as Nikola.

Those arrested in connection with the double murder include Sava Kaluđerović (21), Aleksandar Dacić (23), Miljan Marijanović (23), Nikoleta Uskoković (20), and a Danish citizen living in Andrijevica, Tomi Ra Frost (41).

The Higher State Prosecutor’s Office (VDT) has filed charges against eight individuals for the murders of Petar Lipovina and Žarko Pejaković, which took place on November 6 at the Cetinje – Nikšić roundabout in Podgorica. The VDT previously announced that the indictment was filed following a thorough investigation. They stated charges have been made against VL, ASC, and LL for the crimes of aggravated murder and illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.

Charges have also been filed against SK, AD, MM, NU, and TF for aggravated murder as accomplices and for unlawful possession and carrying of weapons and explosives through aiding and abetting, as noted in the official statement.
