The police in Nikšić have lodged a criminal complaint against a 17-year-old who is accused of assaulting a minor.

“The emergency service of the Security Department received a call about a verbal and physical altercation involving several individuals on the Aleksa Backović Promenade. Upon their arrival, they discovered an injured minor with noticeable injuries. The minor was subsequently transported for medical treatment, where he was diagnosed with severe injuries including a fractured nasal bone with dislocation,” stated the Police Directorate.

The suspect, a minor aged 17, was identified and questioned. Following this, the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Nikšić issued an order to file criminal charges against him for the suspected commission of a criminal offense – serious bodily harm..
