Sentenced to 15 Days in Prison for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

A 37-year-old individual from Cetinje has been found guilty and received a 15-day prison sentence for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol on the Adriatic Road in Budva, with a blood alcohol level of 2.05 per mille.
The sentence was handed down by Judge Magdalena Mijić after the defendant was transported from the police station, where he had been held during his detention. In addition to his prison term, he was also subjected to a driving ban for 4 months and will incur 3 penalty points as stipulated by the Police Directorate, according to Marko Đukanović, President of the Budva Minor Offences Court.
