The inaugural trophy of the new water polo season will take place in Montenegro’s capital.
Podgorica, home to the SC “Morača” indoor pool, will host the final tournament for the Cup of Montenegro on November 29 and 30.
The semi-final matchups will feature Jadran against Budva, and the two Kotor teams—Primorac and Kataro.
As per the announcement from the Water Polo Swimming Association of Montenegro, the semi-final pairings were decided based on the performance of the teams in the regional leagues, namely the RVL Premier League and RVL A1 League.
Jadran and Budva will kick off the tournament on November 29 at 19:00, followed by the Kotor match two hours later.
The final is set for the following day at 20:00.
Jadran will be defending the trophy, having triumphed over Primorac last year, also in Podgorica. The previous year, Kotor won the cup, ending Novlja’s decade-long reign.
