The Ministry of Public Works has announced a call for tenders for the renovation of the Faculty of Fine Arts building at the University of Montenegro in Cetinje.

The estimated cost for the planned renovations is 440,000 euros, VAT included.

“The Faculty building is part of the ‘Stari Obod’ Urban Planning Project and is a vital component of the cultural and educational infrastructure of the capital. The proposed renovations aim to enhance the functionality of the space, improve conditions for teaching and artistic activities, and preserve the architectural integrity of the building itself. This investment reaffirms the dedication of the Ministry of Public Works and the University of Montenegro to advancing higher education and cultural creativity by establishing standards that cater to the needs of students and the academic community,” the ministry stated.
