IB has been accused of possessing ammunition for semi-automatic handguns in Golubovci on September 23, 2024, without holding a firearms license, as announced by the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office (ODT) in Podgorica today.

The prosecution has submitted an indictment against IB to the Basic Court in Podgorica.

“The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has filed an indictment with the Basic Court against the defendant IB, based on reasonable suspicion that on September 23, 2024, in Golubovci, Zeta Municipality, he was found in possession of ammunition for firearms typically used in semi-automatic handguns, without a valid weapons license issued by the appropriate state authority, thus committing the offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosive substances,” the statement indicates.
