Suspect Charged with Beating One-Month-Old Son and Common-Law Partner to Face Up to 72-Hour Detention

The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has ordered the detention of HH for up to 72 hours, following suspicions of committing the criminal offense of domestic or family violence, during which he allegedly struck his common-law wife and their one-month-old son.

According to a statement from the Podgorica State Prosecutor’s Office, the incident occurred after a verbal altercation, during which the suspect reportedly caused minor injuries to both his common-law wife and infant son by hitting them multiple times.
