On December 21 at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, a highly anticipated rematch will take place between the elite heavyweights: Ukrainian Alexander Usyk and British Tyson Fury. Furthermore, on February 22, an extraordinary boxing event will unfold where Artur Beterbiev will defend his absolute light heavyweight champion title in a rematch against Dmitry Bivol during the “Night of Champions.”

In a historic boxing bout, Beterbiev emerged as the first holder of all four light heavyweight belts on October 12, following the decision of two judges, although…

“In my view, Bivol won at least two more rounds. I promised a rematch, and it’s set,” stated Turki Al ash-Sheikh.

During the “Night of Champions,” all matches, highlighted by Beterbiev-Bivol, will be contested for significant boxing titles!

Al ash-Sheikh is overseeing the organization of the Fury-Usyk match, but the influential manager of Saudi Arabia’s vast sports fund has even more ambitions!

“Fans are eagerly awaiting the outcome of the rematch between Fury and Usyk, particularly rival heavyweight fighters like Daniel Dubois and Anthony Joshua. My dream remains to create an opportunity for Wladimir Klitschko to return and compete for the title of the oldest heavyweight boxing champion in history,” expressed Al ash-Sheikh, the president of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority.

The current record for the oldest heavyweight world champion is held by George Foreman, who claimed the title at the age of 45.

Now 48, Klitschko lost his heavyweight title to Tyson Fury in 2015 by unanimous judges’ decision.
