Indictment against Katnić and Lazović Sent Back for Revision

The High Court in Podgorica has returned the indictment against former Chief Special Prosecutor Milivoj Katnić and former Assistant Director of the Police Administration Zoran Lazović to the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) for amendments.
This information was provided to “Vijesti” by Ivana Vukmirović, an advisor in the court’s public relations department.
Both individuals were apprehended on April 14, 2024.
They were arrested by agents of the Special Police Department (SPO) under the orders of the SDT, which accuses them of using public services to aid the criminal Kavač clan.
