Podgorica resident sentenced to 15 days in prison for driving under the influence of cocaine and marijuana

Podgorica Resident Receives 15-Day Prison Sentence for Driving While Impaired by Cocaine and Marijuana

“The accused was operating a vehicle while impaired by cocaine and marijuana yesterday at 1 p.m. in Škaljari, located in Kotor Municipality. Along with the prison sentence, he received a protective measure consisting of a 4-month driving suspension, as well as the maximum number of penalty points, which will be enforced by the Police Directorate,” stated Marko Đukanović, President of the Budva Minor Offences Court.

Judge Jelena Stanišić from the Budva Minor Offences Court, Kotor Department, swiftly sentenced BR (33) from Podgorica to 15 days imprisonment.

“The accused was operating a vehicle while impaired by cocaine and marijuana yesterday at 1 p.m. in Škaljari, Kotor Municipality. Along with the prison sentence, he received a protective measure consisting of a 4-month driving suspension, as well as the maximum number of penalty points, which will be enforced by the Police Directorate,” stated Marko Đukanović, President of the Budva Minor Offences Court.
