Nimanbegu to Request Mandić to Refrain from Discussing UAE Agreement Urgently

The Mayor of Ulcinj, Genci Nimanbegu, and the Chairman of the Assembly, Andrija Mandić, will convene in parliament at 10 am.

Nimanbegu’s office has announced that the meeting will address the request for the agreement between the governments of Montenegro and the United Arab Emirates to be discussed in a regular parliamentary session rather than through an expedited procedure, with full involvement from relevant stakeholders and the public.

“This meeting aims to promote transparency and ensure that local communities are involved in decision-making processes that carry significant social and economic implications,” the statement emphasizes.
