Female Cadets Compete in the Mediterranean Championship Finals

Montenegrin female cadets are set to compete in the final of the Mediterranean handball championship in Podgorica.
Our team will clash with Spain for the trophy on Saturday at the “Verde” hall starting at 16:30.
In their final group stage match, the generation of players, under the guidance of coaches Miloš Perović and Bobana Krstović, triumphed over Slovenia with a score of 24:12 (6:4, 10:5, 8:3) and secured the maximum five points—two for the victory and half a point for each win per third match.
Montenegro completed the group stage with six wins (against Italy, Kosovo, Turkey, Slovakia, Romania, and Slovenia) and two losses (to Croatia and Spain).
Spain made it to the final with seven wins and one loss.
In the match against Slovenia, our national team was led to victory by Andrea Dragnić and Ivana Savić, who each scored five goals, while Maša Ulićević and Anđelina Orbović contributed with four goals each.
Maša Dubljević excelled in goal, making 15 saves.
