Bar police have apprehended Jasmin Osmanagić (34), identified in police records as a member of an organized crime group from Bar.

According to the Police Department, he was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of cocaine, and the vehicle he was driving has been confiscated for inspection.

“Today, law enforcement officers in Bar pulled over and examined a Porsche Cayenne with German license plates, driven by JO (34) from Bar, who is a member of an organized crime group. Testing revealed that JO was under the influence of cocaine while driving, which led to his arrest for violating the Road Traffic Safety Act,” the police statement indicated.

Osmanagić is expected to be brought before a misdemeanor judge in Bar within the legal timeframe.

“The Porsche Cayenne, which belongs to a rental car agency in Germany, has been seized for additional checks in compliance with legal procedures,” the announcement states.
