Criminal Charges Filed Against Cetinje Resident for Suspected Use of Dynamite in Ulcinj Excavation

The police in Ulcinj have submitted a criminal complaint against NM (63) from Cetinje, suspected of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.
According to the Police Directorate, explosives were discovered in his possession while he was engaged in construction activities in the inner city.
“Responding to reports from citizens about construction work and excavation involving explosives—dynamite—in the Meterizi settlement, police officers from the Ulcinj Security Department arrived at the scene. They found NM (63), along with MM and VM from Cetinje, from whom statements were taken. During a search, officers located a concealed bag containing 25 pieces of explosives weighing five kilograms in a mobile power generator at the construction site. During the investigation, NM admitted that the dynamite belonged to him and that he had hidden it there,” the police reported.
Following the directive from the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Ulcinj, a criminal complaint was filed against NM for the suspected offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.
