Government of Montenegro

Prime Minister of Montenegro Milojko Spajić

Today, Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajić announced that citizens will receive an average monthly salary of 1,000 euros.

Spajić shared on the platform “X” that the average salary in November this year (993 euros) showed a 23 percent increase from November of the previous year (807 euros).

He noted that an average salary of 1,000 euros is anticipated with the calculations for December’s earnings.

“We have seen a 23 percent increase in average earnings for November 2024 (993 euros) compared to November 2023 (807 euros). We sincerely apologize for the delay of one month in reaching the goal of an average salary of 1,000 euros, which we firmly expect by December 2024,” Spajic stated.
