Primorac has made a return to the regional elite, despite suffering a defeat to Valis in Valjevo during the penultimate round of the mini league.

The Kotor team lost 14:12, but soon received encouraging news from Belgrade, where Korčula managed to deny Vukov a point (losing by five), securing our team’s advancement to the Premier League.

Vjekoslav Pasković’s squad stands at 12 points before concluding their play (with a match against Vukovo away on Sunday), leading Valis by three points and bettering them in head-to-head encounters.

The Wolves currently hold eight points and will compete with Valis for a spot in the Premier League playoffs.

During the match tonight, Primorac remained competitive until the end of the second quarter, with the home team establishing a three-goal lead at the start of the third period, going up 8:5.

There were moments when the gap reached four goals — first at 10:6 and then again at 12:8…

Đorđije Stanojević was the standout player for Primorac, scoring four goals, while Dragoljub Rogač and Petar Kasum matched that tally for Valis.

Primorac’s next game against Vukovo is scheduled for Sunday at 19:45.
