<p>According to the Statistical Office (Monstat), the most vehicles registered were approximately 17 years old as of 2024, as published in the "Annual Statistics of Traffic, Storage and Communications."</p>
<p>The data indicates that the majority of vehicles in Montenegro run on diesel. In 2024, there was a decrease in the number of vehicles utilizing autogas, while the count of electric vehicles, albeit minor, is on the rise.</p>
<p>The "Annual Statistics of Transport, Storage and Communications - 2024" provides initial annual data regarding the development and condition of transportation methods, businesses involved in transport, along with preliminary statistics on postal, courier, and telecommunications services.</p>
<p>According to Monstat, last year saw a total of 306,686 registered road motor vehicles and trailers, marking a 7.5% increase from 2023, when the total was 285,257.</p>
