Did He Misappropriate Funds from Vehicle Registration?
AM is suspected of committing the crime through the misuse of his role as an administrative employee at a legal entity. While processing vehicle registrations, he allegedly misappropriated funds, resulting in unlawful financial gain amounting to 638.95 euros, harming several individuals from Berane.

The Berane police have submitted a criminal report to the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office against AM (34) from Berane, on the suspicion of committing the offense of abuse of position in business.
According to the Police Directorate’s announcement, AM allegedly exploited his role as an administrative worker to misappropriate funds during vehicle registration, unlawfully gaining 638.95 euros at the expense of several individuals from Berane.
“Police officers will continue their efforts to identify, deter, prevent, and prosecute criminal activities in the realm of economic crime,” the Police Directorate stated.
