Parliament Greenlights Cabinet Restructuring

On 14 April 2025, the Parliament of Montenegro ratified a reshuffle of the 44th Government of Montenegro, led by Milojko Spajić, without any changes to the number of ministries or cabinet members.

As part of this reshuffle, two ministries — the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Mining, Oil and Gas — will be consolidated into the newly formed Ministry of Energy and Mining, to be overseen by Admir Šahmanović.

The new Ministry of Public Works will be directed by Majda Adžović, who previously served as State Secretary at the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property.
